A premium menswear brand needed diverse model imagery for their product catalogs at massive scale. 8M Studio deployed a custom ComfyUI pipeline for automated head replacement and background generation.
Fashion brands need diverse model imagery for different markets. Traditional approach requires hiring multiple models, separate shoots, massive logistics, and expensive model licensing. Inconsistent styling across shoots was an ongoing problem.
8M Studio built a fully automated ComfyUI pipeline that replaces model faces with AI-generated faces the brand owns entirely. The pipeline also generates lifestyle backgrounds (studio grey → tropical resort). Studio operators simply select target and source faces — the rest is automated.
The pipeline processes ~8,000 images per month with minimal human intervention. The brand owns all AI-generated faces — no licensing fees, no usage restrictions, no contract renewals. Seamless face replacement with accurate skin tone and lighting matching.
