8M Studio is a public brand of Latent Mind Labs LLP. References to “8M Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean Latent Mind Labs LLP unless the context refers specifically to the brand.

By using this website, you agree to these website terms. A service engagement begins only when the parties agree the applicable scope, fees and commercial terms in writing.

8M Studio presents three production services: AI Catalogue Production, AI Campaign Production and Custom AI Production Systems. Services are delivered as studio-operated production outcomes unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

Catalogue and Campaign work may begin with a scoped paid pilot. Custom AI Production Systems may begin with a paid workflow audit, which can conclude that no system should be built. Any later transfer, installation or client operation must be separately agreed in writing.

Deliverables, inputs, review gates, timelines, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, production controls and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work or other written project agreement.

If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that engagement.

Ownership and usage rights for delivered assets, production methods, custom systems, source materials and pre-existing intellectual property are defined in the applicable project agreement.

Any right to display engagement work publicly is subject to the project agreement, confidentiality obligations and required client approval. No portfolio right is implied where the parties agree otherwise.

Services may use AI-assisted generation, transformation, automation or review within a studio-operated production workflow. Human review, correction and approval responsibilities are defined by the service scope and production method.

Rights in project-specific outputs, models, assets, workflows or systems are not universal and must be read from the applicable written agreement.

Deposits, milestones, taxes, expenses, payment schedules and the consequences of late payment are set out in the project agreement.

Revision rounds, review periods, approval gates and final delivery conditions are also engagement-specific. Work outside the agreed scope may require a change order or additional fees.

Any warranties, indemnities, liability limits and exclusions that apply to a paid engagement are governed by its signed project agreement.
