The strongest proof a pipeline works: a commercial photo studio runs it as their own production tool. Studio 11 Productions evaluated 8M Studio's headswap workflow, then licensed it to serve their brand clients on their own infrastructure.
The studio wanted to offer AI model consistency to brand clients at production volume — without building a generative AI team in-house, and without sending confidential client imagery to third-party cloud tools.
The pipeline deploys on the studio's own hardware — dual RTX 4090s and an RTX 5090 — plus cloud GPU instances for training bursts. It is licensed via API key; 8M Studio maintains and optimizes it remotely, cutting runtime from around 2.5 minutes to under 90 seconds per image.
Headswap now runs as a standard production step in the studio's pipeline for ABFRL menswear brands. Studio operators run day-to-day production; 8M Studio ships optimizations and new character training remotely.
