Editorial and public claims policy

How 8M Studio researches, reviews, sources and corrects public production guidance and claims.

Last updated 5 August 2026

Who writes and reviews

Every guide, comparison and resource names its author and reviewer. Review covers factual accuracy, production feasibility, service boundaries, approved public proof and the limitations a buyer should understand before acting.

Evidence and public claims

Client names, production metrics and case-study statements are published only when they appear in the approved public-proof registry. Restricted, private, NDA-bound or call-only evidence is not used to strengthen public copy. A valid internal record is not automatically a public claim.

Sources

We prefer primary sources such as official platform requirements, legislation, standards and original product documentation. Sources support the specific claim beside them; they are not decorative link lists. First-party operating observations are labeled as 8M Studio evidence.

AI assistance

AI may help organize research, identify missing questions or draft working copy. A person reviews the final structure, claims, examples, sources, recommendations and limitations before publication. We do not publish high-volume unreviewed pages to manufacture search coverage.

Comparisons and commercial content

Comparisons use stated decision criteria and identify circumstances where another method or provider category may be preferable. Commercial pages distinguish services from use cases, and no page invents ratings, reviews, customer counts or performance guarantees.

Corrections and updates

Each editorial asset displays an updated date. When a source, channel requirement, public approval or production fact changes, the page is corrected and its modified date is updated. Material concerns can be submitted through the contact page for review.
